Wellness is Our Goal

Our Wellness Hub provides onsite wellness centers throughout the metro-Detroit area. We offer routine wellness checks, walk-in and drive thru COVID-19 testing and vaccines, contact tracing, and treatment. Telemedicine is also provided through our 24-hr resource call center by an on-call nurse. Visiting physicians and nurse practitioners are available as well.

Our Conner Creek location acts as a 24/7 alternative care site administering non-acute and acute emergency medical care. It also has drive-thru COVID-19 testing and vaccines in addition to walk-in testing, along with quarantine care and accommodations.
